Services

Acupuncture treatments are individually tailored to you and can support a wide range of health concerns, including pain, stress, sleep, digestive health, women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.

A range of treatment options are available, including:

acupuncture, acupuncture combined with massage or cupping, and pregnancy massage, so you can choose the appointment that best suits your needs.

Initial Acupuncture Consultation
& Treatment

For all new patients, regardless of the reason for your visit.

Your first appointment gives us time to talk through what’s brought you in, your health history, and anything else that may be contributing to how you’re feeling.

I’ll also use Chinese medicine diagnostic methods, including tongue and pulse assessment, to help build a picture of what may be going on for you.

This allows us to look beyond the symptoms themselves and explore the underlying patterns or root causes that may be contributing to them.

Your initial consultation includes your first acupuncture treatment, individually tailored to you and what you’d like support with.

Subsequent Acupuncture Treatment

For returning patients, who have attended within the past 12 months..

Follow-up treatments give us time to check in on how you’ve been feeling since your last appointment, any changes in your symptoms, and how you responded to treatment.

Your treatment is adjusted each visit according to what you’re experiencing and what your body needs at the time.

Depending on your individual needs, your appointment may also include moxibustion or other Chinese medicine techniques, and Chinese herbal medicine may be discussed where appropriate.

Acupuncture
& Massage
or Cupping

For people who want additional hands-on treatment, particularly for pain and muscle tension, or simply more treatment and relaxation time.

Combining personalised acupuncture with massage or cupping, this treatment allows us to work more directly with areas of pain, muscle tension and tightness while also addressing your health from a Chinese medicine perspective.

Your treatment is tailored to what you need on the day, with time dedicated to massage or cupping alongside your acupuncture treatment.

This can also be a lovely option during pregnancy, combining pregnancy-safe acupuncture with massage to support areas of tension and discomfort, while allowing some extra time to relax and unwind.

60 minutes - Ideal for focused treatment of one or two areas alongside acupuncture.

90 minutes - Allows more time for massage or cupping and a more comprehensive treatment, particularly if you have multiple areas of tension, or simply prefer a longer session with additional time to settle, deeply relax and support your nervous system.

Pregnancy Massage

A nurturing massage tailored to the changing needs of your body during pregnancy.

Pregnancy massage can be a lovely way to ease muscle tension, aches and swelling and areas of discomfort, while giving you time to slow down, relax and feel supported during pregnancy.

Your massage is adapted to your stage of pregnancy and what you're experiencing on the day, with positioning and pressure adjusted for your comfort.

Whether you're experiencing back, hip or pelvic tension, tired and aching muscles, or simply want some dedicated time to relax, treatment is personalised to you.

60 minutes – Ideal for a relaxing massage with time to focus on the areas where you're experiencing the most tension or discomfort.

90 minutes – Allows for a more comprehensive full-body massage, with additional time to work through areas of tension and plenty of time to settle and deeply relax.

Pregnancy massage is a massage-only service and is not eligible for private health fund rebates.
